You must have this experience \-
We're looking for someone who has done this before — ideally across multiple companies and stages.
* + 10–15 years in wholesale CPG
+ Last 4–6 years in regional or national sales leadership at brands running distributor\-led wholesale motions
+ Has managed a multi\-state book of 15–40 wholesale relationships personally or through a team
+ Has driven year\-over\-year same\-account growth above 25% across a book over multiple years
