Fractional Chief Technology Officer (Part\-Time)

Spiral Games Ltd Remote (UK) Reports to CEO/COO Spiral Games Ltd is seeking a part\-time Fractional CTO to guide our technical strategy for Roblox games. This role is ideal for someone who can learn fast, provide hands\-on support, analyse game performance, and help the studio scale efficiently. Technical Leadership

• Support technical strategy and roadmap for Roblox development
• Review and improve development workflows and processes
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and advise on best practices
• Support integrations, automation, and tooling

Roblox Operations

• Guide Roblox Studio workflows and publishing processes
• Oversee game releases, updates, and deployments
• Manage permissions, roles, and developer access
• Monitor Roblox platform changes and advise the team

Analytics \& Performance

• Analyse game metrics, player behaviour, and KPIs
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Support data\-driven decisions and report to leadership

Team Support

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance
• Assist with hiring and evaluating technical talent
• Support project planning and technical risk assessment

Essential

• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
• Fast learner with ability to adapt
• Experience with Roblox Studio and platform
• Understanding of Roblox analytics and player metrics
• Self\-motivated and organised for remote work

Nice to Have

• Scripting experience (*Lua*, *Python*, etc.)
• Technical leadership or management experience
• Roblox game development experience
• Familiarity with automation and integrations
• Live\-service game operations knowledge

Pay: $25,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 per year
