Job Summary
We are hiring an Account Executive to help sell our software into the EV charging industry. This is a remote role focused on outbound sales, managing your own pipeline, and closing business.

You do not need to be an EV expert. We are looking for someone who wants to learn, sell, close deals, and make money. This role is a good fit for someone with some sales experience who wants more closing responsibility, better training, and the chance to build real deal volume on their resume.

This can work for a fractional hire, someone looking for a part\-time role, or someone trying to move from a BDR/SDR role into a full\-cycle AE position.

You will be selling Rebate Database software to a specific list of companies in the EV charging market. That includes manufacturers, equipment resellers, installers, and property owners. You will be working a defined target list of roughly 500 companies and will be responsible for outbound outreach, follow\-up, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.

This is a role for someone who wants to make cash, get strong sales training, and close real business. The founders will be hands\-on and will help train and support you along the way.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect a targeted list of companies in the EV charging industry
  • Cold call, send emails, follow up, and book meetings
  • Build lead lists and identify decision\-makers
  • Manage your own pipeline from first outreach through close
  • Run a full sales process including qualification, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Keep CRM records updated and organized
  • Use AI tools and other sales tools to make outreach and prospecting more efficient
  • Work directly with the founders to improve messaging, strategy, and sales process

Compensation

  • $25/hour base (negotiable)
  • Strong commission structure
