ShopHawk is preparing to launch a new SaaS platform in less than two months. We are looking for a proven SaaS go\-to\-market and growth leader who can help us launch, position, market, and scale the company.

This is a senior role for someone who has already helped launch or grow SaaS products. We are not looking for a general social media manager, junior marketer, or agency salesperson.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Fractional Head of Growth \& Brand Evangelist to lead ShopHawk’s SaaS launch strategy, go\-to\-market execution, customer acquisition plan, messaging, and public\-facing brand presence.

The right person understands how SaaS companies actually grow — including positioning, customer segmentation, demand generation, conversion funnels, onboarding, activation, retention, and revenue growth.

This person must be both strategic and hands\-on. You should be able to build the plan, execute the plan, manage campaigns, work with founders, and represent the brand publicly through content, video, webinars, podcasts, social media, and customer\-facing conversations.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must meet these minimum qualifications to be considered:

  • 5\+ years of marketing, growth, or go\-to\-market experience
  • Direct SaaS experience is required
  • Proven experience launching or scaling at least one SaaS product
  • Experience working with early\-stage startups or founder\-led companies
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, activation, conversion rate, retention, and demo/trial funnels
  • Experience creating or leading go\-to\-market strategy
  • Ability to show real examples of SaaS growth, launch campaigns, landing pages, funnels, messaging, or revenue results
  • Comfortable being public\-facing on video, webinars, social media, podcasts, customer interviews, or launch events

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ShopHawk’s SaaS go\-to\-market strategy
  • Build a launch plan for the next 60 days
  • Define the ideal customer profile, target audience, buyer personas, and market positioning
  • Create or improve ShopHawk’s messaging, value proposition, website copy, landing pages, and sales materials
  • Develop customer acquisition strategies across LinkedIn, content, paid ads, partnerships, email, outbound support, webinars, and community channels
  • Build and manage the lead generation funnel
  • Help create demo, trial, onboarding, and conversion strategies
  • Work directly with the founders on brand voice, market positioning, and launch execution
  • Represent ShopHawk as a public\-facing brand voice when needed
  • Appear in or help lead videos, webinars, podcasts, social content, interviews, and customer\-facing campaigns
  • Track and report on KPIs including leads, demos booked, trial signups, conversion rates, CAC, activation, retention, and revenue impact
  • Manage or coordinate freelancers, designers, content creators, ad specialists, or agencies as needed
  • Create a repeatable growth system after launch

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience as a Fractional CMO, Head of Growth, VP of Marketing, SaaS Growth Lead, or GTM Consultant
  • Experience launching a SaaS product from pre\-launch to first customers
  • Experience growing MRR or ARR
  • Experience building waitlists, beta launches, demo funnels, free trials, or early user acquisition campaigns
  • Existing SaaS/startup network
  • Ability to work quickly with limited structure
  • Comfortable being measured by outcomes, not activity
