Pay: $35–$45/hour \+ Perfromance Monhtly Bonus
About Us
Home Offer 365 is a growing multi\-state real estate investment company specializing in wholesale, fix\-and\-flip, and rental properties. We close \~15 deals per month across 10 states and are looking for a semi\-retired finance professional to help bring clarity, organization, and structure to our financial operations.
This is a part\-time, advisory role perfect for someone with experience in financial oversight, accounting, or CFO\-level strategy who wants flexible hours without the full\-time commitment.
Role Overview
As our Part\-Time Finance Advisor, you will:
- Review and clean up financial records
- Prepare accurate monthly P\&L statements and reports
- Provide clarity on cash flow and profitability
- Advise on deal\-level financials (flip vs. buy\-and\-hold)
- Help build simple dashboards and KPIs for ownership
- Recommend operational improvements for multi\-state scaling
Qualifications
- Semi\-retired, retired, or very experienced financial professional
- Accounting, finance, or real estate investment experience preferred
- Comfortable reviewing multi\-entity books and cash flow
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Tech\-savvy with spreadsheets, accounting software, and CRMs
