Revelation Gold Group is a young, fast\-growing precious metals company built on faith, freedom, and stewardship. We are not a corporate beast. We are a tight, mission\-driven team with real momentum and a lot of open road ahead, and we are looking for one person to step in, own our Partner Program, and become its public face.

This is not a behind\-the\-scenes job. You are the leader, the closer, and the spark. You will sit across the table (virtually and in person) from pastors, podcasters, financial advisors, and trusted voices, and you will get them genuinely excited to join a mission they already believe in.

What you'll own

• Be the face and voice of the Partner Program to every prospective and active partner
• Pitch, recruit, and close values\-aligned partners: creators, advisors, ministry leaders, and community voices
• Inspire and motivate partners so they share with confidence and conviction
• Solve partner problems fast and keep every relationship warm and loyal
• Set the strategy and the energy for the whole program. You will have a program manager handling the operational backbone, so you stay focused on people, pitching, and growth.

The deal

• Remote, contract role. Work from anywhere.
• $45,000 base, plus 3% of all revenue generated by the Partner Program. Our average client invests $150,000\. The upside is uncapped. As the program grows, your earnings grow with it, with no ceiling.
• A true early\-stage opportunity at a company with enormous room to grow, and you grow right along with it.
• A real stake in something you help build, not a cog in a machine.

Pay: $45,000\.00 \- $180,000\.00 per year
