We are inviting a limited number of motivated individuals to bypass the "build" phase and move directly into execution as an Independent Strategic Partner.
Relationship Media, LLC provides the engine; you provide the fuel. We are granting access to the *"Be Like Tony \& Don’t Be Like Chad"* leadership training system. This is a field\-tested, behavioral framework developed by a retired S.W.A.T. commander with 20\+ years of real\-world leadership experience.
Four High\-Impact Delivery Channels
As a practitioner, you will be equipped to solve the $223B "Relationship Gap" using four scalable, high\-margin delivery models:
- Group Coaching: Lead high\-impact cohorts using a proven peer\-accountability system designed for higher revenue per session.
- Virtual Classroom: Deliver remote, high\-fidelity leadership training to distributed teams via video conferencing.
- In\-Person Workshops: Conduct interactive, hands\-on training sessions directly at client locations.
- On\-Demand Courses: Utilize our plug\-and\-play LMS and proprietary digital assets to provide flexible, scalable learning.
Who This Is For: Desire Over Resume
No prior experience is required. We are looking for Behavior over Background. Whether you are a retired executive, a semi\-retired professional, or an individual eager to start your first practice, we value your drive and influence over your academic credentials.
