Location: Ponte Vedra Beach, FL (On\-Site)
Reports To: Senior Manager of Accounting Department

Required Credentials
- Experience in a CPA or public accounting firm environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage client‑facing accounting operations
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
- Ability to operate independently with clients while collaborating effectively with internal teams
Preferred Credentials
- 7\+ years of experience in a CPA or public accounting firm environment
- Prior experience in client‑facing or outsourced controller roles
- Experience managing financial operations across diverse industries
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Collaborate with partners and client teams to deliver meaningful financial insights
- Implement and maintain internal controls and drive process improvements
- Support tax and audit teams with accurate, timely financial data
Skills \& Knowledge
- Expertise in financial reporting and compliance
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics 365, QuickBooks, CCH Axcess preferred)
- Excellent communication skills for working with leadership and clients
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment
