Engagement: Fractional / Advisory (5–10 hours per month)

Budget: USD $1,000–$2,500 per month
We are seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Legal Officer to provide strategic legal guidance and help manage legal and regulatory risk across our businesses.
#### Key Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
- Review contracts, agreements, and legal exposures
- Support M\&A transactions, due diligence, and corporate structuring
- Provide guidance on compliance and risk management
- Serve as a trusted legal advisor to leadership
#### Qualifications
- Licensed attorney with significant corporate/commercial law experience
- Experience advising private companies, acquisitions, and growth\-stage businesses
- Familiarity with U.S. corporate, contract, and compliance matters
- Practical, business\-oriented approach to legal risk management
This role is intended as a strategic advisory position and does not require day\-to\-day legal operations.
