Engagement: Fractional / Advisory (5–10 hours per month)

Budget: USD $1,000–$2,500 per month
We are seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to serve as a strategic advisor to our leadership team. This is a part\-time advisory role focused on financial oversight, tax planning, and risk management rather than day\-to\-day accounting operations.
#### Key Responsibilities
- Advise on financial strategy and planning
- Review accounting and financial reporting processes
- Provide guidance on U.S. tax planning and tax exposure
- Identify financial and compliance risks
- Support M\&A, corporate structuring, and due diligence activities as needed
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on finance\-related matters
#### Qualifications
- CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership experience
- Strong background in accounting, finance, and taxation
- Experience working with growth\-stage businesses, private equity\-backed companies, or acquisitions preferred
- CPA preferred
- Strong understanding of U.S. tax and financial compliance requirements
