Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance efficiency and scalability.

- Oversee business development management efforts to identify new opportunities, cultivate partnerships, and expand market presence.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and deploying innovative solutions to optimize productivity.
- Manage operational budgets, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to ensure profitability and cost control.
- Supervise senior leadership teams across various departments, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Utilize data\-driven insights for operational analysis, profit and loss analysis, and strategic decision making to support sustainable growth.
- Coordinate project management efforts for large\-scale initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
- Implement operational excellence initiatives that promote efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders through verbal communication skills that clearly articulate complex concepts and strategic plans.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operational management roles with a focus on large\-scale organizational change management and process improvement.
- Strong background in business development management, strategic planning, and executive leadership.
- Extensive financial management experience including budget management, forecasting, profit/loss analysis, and operational budgeting.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross\-functional teams at the executive level with supervising experience preferred.
- Expertise in project management methodologies with a focus on program management and operational analysis.
- Excellent verbal communication skills tailored for engaging with C\-suite executives and senior leadership teams.
- Deep understanding of operational excellence initiatives, change management strategies, and data\-driven decision making processes.
