We are looking for a strategic and forward\-thinking HR leader to partner with our clients in driving people strategies that fuel business growth. Key Responsibilities

· Serve as a strategic HR business partner to clients, aligning people strategies with their business goals to drive growth and operational excellence

· Lead and advise on talent strategy, including workforce planning, compensation, succession management, and leadership development to build high\-performing teams

· Design and implement HR programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance

· Guide clients through organizational design and change management, ensuring scalability and adaptability

· Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies, helping clients attract and retain top\-tier talent

· Oversee total rewards strategies, ensuring competitive compensation and benefits that support employee motivation and retention

· Become a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights on culture transformation, leadership coaching, and HR best practices

· Provide mentorship to HR consultants supporting client engagements, ensuring high\-quality service delivery

Qualifications

· 5\+ years of HR consulting experience, with a strong track record of advising clients on strategic HR initiatives

· 5\+ years of experience leading HR teams in a corporate or consulting environment.

· 10\+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in a service\-oriented business with both corporate and business unit exposure

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business, or management.

Skills

· Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with different levels of employees, leaders, and stakeholders

· Data analytics to inform decision\-making, analyze workforce trends, and to identify areas for improvement

· Strategic thinking to see the bigger picture, anticipate challenges, and to align HR initiatives to business goals

· Consulting to provide expert advice and guidance to leaders on HR matters

· Leadership and influence to build relationships, gain buy\-in, and effectively advocate for HR initiatives

· Business acumen with the ability to translate HR strategies into measurable business outcomes

Additional Details

· This is a remote position, but occasional onsite client visits may be required depending on client needs and preferences

· This is a part\-time contract position (5\-25 hours per week).

· Compensation will commiserate with experience
