Fractional Director of Operations / Growth Operator – Wellness / Med Spa (Contract)

About This Role

Fusion Wellness is seeking a hands\-on Fractional Director of Operations / Growth Operator to help build and optimize the operating system for a fast\-growing, physician\-led wellness clinic in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

We are an early\-stage but high\-potential clinic focused on:

  • Recovery \& performance
  • Longevity \& metabolic health
  • Weight loss \& hormone optimization
  • IV therapy and wellness services
  • Aesthetics

We are looking for an operator, not a consultant, who can install systems, improve accountability, and drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and improve clinic operations and workflows
  • Build KPI dashboards and weekly scorecards
  • Improve lead handling, consult booking, show rate, and close rate
  • Optimize pricing, packaging, and service\-line focus
  • Create SOPs for patient intake, sales, and retention
  • Improve coordination between front desk, sales, and clinical team
  • Reduce founder dependence by installing systems and accountability
  • Support membership and package revenue growth

Requirements

  • 5\+ years in med spa, wellness, or cash\-pay healthcare operations
  • Proven success improving:
  • conversion rates
  • retention
  • package or membership sales
  • Experience building SOPs, scorecards, and accountability systems
  • Strong understanding of consult\-based sales environments
  • Must be hands\-on and execution\-focused

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience scaling a clinic or med spa
  • Experience with memberships and high\-ticket packages
  • Background in hormone therapy, weight loss, IV, or recovery services
  • Experience working in founder\-led or early\-stage businesses

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not a marketing role
  • Not a branding consultant
  • Not a passive advisor
  • Not a corporate hospital administrator

Engagement Details

  • 1099 contractor (fractional role)
  • 10–25 hours per week
  • 90\-day initial engagement
  • On\-site presence in Fort Lauderdale preferred

Compensation

  • $5,000 per month
