About the Role

Cold Call Me is a fast\-growing B2B outbound agency that runs done\-for\-you SDR programs for our clients. We're hiring a Fractional Outbound Strategy \& Client Success Director to be the strategic mind behind our campaigns. You won't manage domains or technical infrastructure — you'll own the *strategy*: the messaging that gets replies, the data read that tells us what's working, and the client relationships that turn results into renewals and expansion. You'll guide our SDR team to hit targets and serve as the senior advisor our clients trust. This is a high\-autonomy seat with a direct, measurable line to revenue.

What You'll Own

  • Client strategy \& consulting. Lead recurring strategy sessions with clients — review campaign performance, translate the data into plain\-English insight, and advise on outbound best practices that protect and grow the account.
  • Messaging \& positioning (heavy copywriting). Build high\-converting, personalized messaging frameworks. Continuously rewrite and re\-angle based on client pain points, market resonance, and live reply data.
  • SDR leadership. Give the internal SDR team direction, coaching, and the "why" behind each campaign so they execute with intent — not just dial.
  • Performance analytics \& A/B testing. Own the metrics that matter (connect, reply, and booking/conversion rates). Spot trends early and drive rapid messaging iterations.
  • CRM alignment. Use HubSpot to track campaign health, pipeline movement, and client data so strategy decisions are grounded in the source of truth.

Tools \& Technical Fluency

  • HubSpot CRM — expert\-level, for tracking sales activity, pipeline, and performance.
  • Modern outbound analytics — strong familiarity with dashboards across tools like Apollo, Smartlead, and Instantly to pull and interpret performance.

Who You Are

  • A proven track record of lifting outbound ROI through positioning and messaging — not just volume.
  • Exceptional B2B copywriter with a feel for soft, relationship\-driven CTAs that still convert.
  • Confident, client\-facing communicator who can present data and defend a strategic pivot to a skeptical stakeholder.
  • Has managed or advised SDRs to hit booking/conversion targets and enjoys developing a team.
  • Self\-directed — you thrive with autonomy and own outcomes.
