About the Role

Binyod LLC is looking for a hands\-on Head of Sales (Fractional) to help structure and scale our sales operations.

We specialize in low\-voltage systems including structured cabling, AV, and security solutions. We have strong technical capabilities and are now focused on building a more structured and scalable sales process.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, improving, and leading sales operations in a practical, hands\-on environment.

What You’ll Do
==================

  • Lead and support a team of Account Managers
  • Establish and improve sales processes and workflows
  • Drive pipeline growth and deal progression
  • Coordinate with technical teams on estimates, scope, and proposals
  • Improve consistency in quoting, pricing, and project handoff
  • Implement basic KPI tracking and reporting

What We’re Looking For
==========================

* 7\+ years of experience in B2B sales or sales leadership
* Experience in one or more of the following:
+ Low\-voltage systems (cabling, AV, security)
+ IT services / networking
+ Technical solution sales
* Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding project scope
* Hands\-on approach (not just strategy)
* Experience improving or building sales processes is a strong plus

Nice to Have
================

  • Experience with schools, public sector, or construction\-related sales
  • Background in both sales and pre\-sales / solution engineering

Work Structure
==================

  • 20–30 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule on\-site collaboration
  • 60–90\-day engagement with potential extension

Compensation
================

  • Monthly retainer based on experience
  • Performance\-based incentives tied to results
