How you'll make an impact in this role:
Direct the development and implementation of strategic and operational activities of the transplant program.* Oversees clinical operations for the transplant program, to include pre and post\-transplant activities, as well as organ donation activities, and ensure that the transplant program complies with all regulatory and accrediting agency requirements.
* Develop and implement strategic activities to include departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with the objectives of the organization, as well as protocols, policies and procedures to improve quality of patient care.
* Direct all activities related to business operations within the transplant program, to include revenue cycle management and financial improvements.
* Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to effectively execute the programmatic and clinical visions, and to manage efficiencies of Medicare reporting.
* Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve and/or monitors expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
* Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Education:* High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
