Fractional Accounting Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Fractional Accounting Manager to join our team on a flexible, part\-time basis. As a key player in financial management, you will leverage your expertise to deliver accurate financial reporting, streamline accounting processes, and support strategic decision\-making. Responsibilities

• Support Office Manager with weekly payroll processing and reporting
• A/R – Updated billing spreadsheet and support Office Manager with monthly billings.
• Provide weekly job costing reports upon request
• Support Office Manager with Certified payroll questions
• Prequalification Support
• Monthly WIP
• Assist with Union audit preparation and reporting
• Weekly end of week email update to show status of a/r, a/p, payroll, etc.
• Cash Flow projections upon request
• Weekly check\-ins with Office Manager
• Compliance verification
• General accounting support
• Bank reconciliation
• GL account balancing
• Workers comp and GL audits
• Create monthly financials and year end
• Work with CEO on yearly budget and report monthly tracking to budget
• Monthly and Year End Close
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

• Strong construction accounting background
• Experience with accounting software systems
• Essential office skills: typing, computer literacy, and able to navigate the internet.
• Software experience: Microsoft Platform, Google Sheets, Smartsheet, Computer Ease
• Excellent, professional oral and written communication skills.

Pay: $80,000\.00 \- $120,000\.00 per year
