What We Collect
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. When you visit our site, we collect standard analytics data including pages viewed, time on site, referral source, and general geographic region. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or payment information.
How We Use Your Information
We use your email address to deliver and operate the Fractional Pulse newsletter. We use analytics and advertising-measurement data to understand which content and campaigns are useful, improve the site, measure subscriptions, and avoid showing acquisition ads to existing subscribers. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We disclose information only to service providers that help us operate the newsletter, analytics, and advertising measurement, as described below.
Email (Resend)

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our site. GA4 collects anonymized data about page views, session duration, and traffic sources. Google Analytics may use cookies to distinguish unique users. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
Advertising Measurement (Meta)
When we run advertising on Meta platforms, we may use the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and customer-list audiences to measure whether an ad led to a newsletter subscription, improve campaign performance, and avoid showing acquisition ads to existing subscribers. This may involve sharing campaign and browser identifiers, page activity, and a cryptographic hash of the email address submitted at signup with Meta. Cookies
Our analytics and advertising services may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, or similar browser identifiers to measure site traffic, campaign attribution, and newsletter signups, and Meta may use this information to measure, target, and deliver ads. You can limit cookies through your browser settings, manage Meta's use of activity from advertising partners in Meta Accounts Center, or use the industry opt-out tools at YourAdChoices. The site and newsletter signup will continue to function when browser cookies are limited.
Data Retention
Email addresses are retained for as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings (14 months). When you unsubscribe, your email address is removed from our active mailing list.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any email. If you want your data deleted entirely, contact us and we will process your request within 30 days.
