The Mission:

We are seeking a Fractional Marketing Director to build a sophisticated, purpose-driven marketing engine. This position is a blend of high-level strategy and tactical execution—translating our $2 billion in construction experience into a digital and physical presence that ensures execution certainty and drives long-term value for our investors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Identity & The "Hernandez Way":

  • Vertical Integration Narrative: Codify our "Full Lifecycle" process into a visual "Proven Process" that explains how we manage everything from land acquisition to general contracting.
  • Standards of Excellence: Guard the brand voice, ensuring all communication reflects our status as a Top 100 South Florida firm.
  • Media Direction: Oversee high-end drone and site captures that showcase our expertise in Class A industrial logistics and self-storage.

Event & Tradeshow Strategy:

  • Full-Cycle Event Management: Lead the strategy, logistics, and execution for all company events, including Groundbreakings, Topping-Out ceremonies, and Ribbon Cuttings.
  • Tradeshow Command: Identify and manage our presence at key industry tradeshows (e.g., ICSC, NAIOP, CSSA). This includes booth design, collateral, lead-capture strategy, and post-event follow-up.
  • Internal Culture Events: Coordinate select internal company-wide events to reinforce our "Purpose Driven" team culture.

Digital Infrastructure & Investor Integration:

  • The Hub: Lead the evolution of buildwithhernandez.com, ensuring it functions as a high-performing lead-gen tool with an optimized portfolio.
  • Investor Synergy: Collaborate on the Investor Portal to ensure seamless updates on project performance and new capital opportunities.
  • CRM & Automation: Streamline HubSpot/Salesforce to automate "drip" campaigns, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.

Precision Lead Generation (The "Rifle" Approach):

  • Targeted Outreach: Build and execute an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy targeting CEOs, Land Owners, and Site Selection Directors.
  • Thought Leadership: Curate insights for leadership to amplify our recent honors, such as the *SFBJ Structures Awards*.
  • On-Site Marketing: Turn our job sites into billboards using high-visibility signage and QR-enabled fence wraps.

Sales & Development Support:

  • Performance Collateral: Create "Problem/Solution/Result" case studies that prove our ability to mitigate risk and deliver "Speed to Market."
  • The Hernandez Toolkit: Standardize high-design pitch decks for capital calls, tenant improvements, and general contracting bids.

Qualifications:

  • Industry Expertise: 10+ years in Marketing, focusing on Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Industrial Development, or AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) is strongly preferred.
  • Event Experience: Proven track record of managing high-end corporate events and industrial tradeshows with a high ROI.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), Email Automation, and familiarity with Procore or similar project management tools.
  • The "Builder" Mindset: A professional who understands the "Future Focused" nature of our work and can articulate the value of a $2B+ portfolio.
