Velvera is seeking a Fractional CFO or Startup Finance Advisor to assist with investor readiness, financial strategy, and fundraising support as we enter active investment discussions.

Velvera is a luxury kitchen technology brand and inventor of the cordless heated cake stand and food warming platform. The company currently has active sales traction, multiple patents filed/granted, and an expanding product line.

Responsibilities

• Financial projections \& forecasting
• Investor preparation and strategy
• Cash flow planning
• Margin and growth analysis
• Fundraising support
• Participation in investor discussions when needed
• Inventory and scaling financial planning

Preferred Experience

• Startup fundraising
• Consumer products / hardware / ecommerce
• Inventory\-based businesses
• Early\-stage company growth

Compensation
