We are seeking a Fractional Chief Business Officer (CBO) to serve as the Company’s Integrator — a senior operator who can bring structure, accountability, and execution across multiple business units while partnering directly with the CEO.

This role is not advisory. This is an execution\-focused leadership position.

The Role

The Fractional CBO will be responsible for turning vision into execution across the organization. You will work directly with the CEO to:

  • Drive operational alignment across business units
  • Establish KPIs, reporting cadence, and accountability
  • Improve financial visibility and decision\-making
  • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and execution breakdowns
  • Lead cross\-functional execution without micromanagement

This role is ideal for a seasoned operator who thrives in complex environments and is comfortable stepping into a fast\-moving, founder\-led organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Integrator between strategy and execution
  • Establish and manage KPIs, dashboards, and weekly operating rhythms
  • Partner with accounting/finance to improve financial reporting and clarity
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
  • Lead leadership meetings and ensure follow\-through on priorities
  • Create structure without bureaucracy
  • Hold leaders accountable while maintaining trust and alignment
  • Provide weekly executive updates to the CEO

What We’re Looking For

  • 10\+ years of senior operational leadership experience (COO, CBO, Integrator, President, or similar)
  • Proven ability to operate across multiple business lines
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Comfortable in founder\-led, high\-accountability environments
  • Decisive, structured, and execution\-oriented
  • High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead without ego and execute without micromanagement

Experience in real estate, multi\-entity organizations, or private equity\-backed environments is a strong plus.

Engagement Structure

  • Fractional, 1099 engagement
  • Initial 90\-day term
  • On\-site presence preferred during onboarding
  • Opportunity to transition into a full\-time executive role based on performance and mutual fit

This Role Is NOT For You If

  • You are primarily an advisor or consultant
  • You are uncomfortable making decisions
  • You prefer highly structured corporate environments
  • You avoid accountability or ambiguity

Why This Opportunity

This is a chance to help build the operational backbone of a growing enterprise, work directly with an engaged founder, and potentially step into a long\-term executive leadership role.

If you are an operator who enjoys building, fixing, and scaling — we want to talk.
