We are seeking a highly skilled and detail\-oriented Fractional Controller to oversee financial operations for multiple organizations on a part\-time or flexible basis. Duties
- Manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
- Maintain and optimize accounting systems to ensure efficient processing of financial data and compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements, including regulatory filings and internal controls.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique financial needs and provide tailored accounting solutions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision\-making.
- Conduct periodic audits and reconcile accounts to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial information.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices relevant to public accounting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial accounting, preferably within a public accounting or consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems and software tools used for financial management.
- Demonstrated understanding of financial compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills to explain complex financial information clearly.
- Professional certifications such as CPA or equivalent are preferred but not mandatory.
