Fractional Marketing Director- Growth & Lead Generation
About This Role
Olive Wellness Longevity is seeking a Fractional Marketing Director to lead marketing and client acquisition as we launch our Private Infusion Experience and prepare for our Concierge Longevity Membership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy
- Generate qualified leads for our Private Infusion Experience
- Develop and manage our Instagram strategy and presence
- Oversee Google and Meta/Instagram advertising
- Support SEO and local search strategy
- Develop direct-mail and email marketing campaigns
- Identify strategic partnerships and opportunities to reach affluent clientele
- Maintain consistent luxury brand positioning and messaging
- Track leads, conversions, campaign performance, and ROI
- Recommend where marketing dollars should be invested based on performance
Position Details
- Fractional contract position
- Approximately 10–15 hours per week
- $50–$75/hour, based on experience
- Initial 90-day engagement
- Opportunity for an ongoing fractional relationship as Olive Wellness grows and launches additional services
Ideal Candidate
Experience marketing luxury, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, concierge, or other premium services is strongly preferred. We’re looking for someone who can both develop the strategy and help execute it—not simply manage social media.
Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
