We're seeking an exceptional fundraising executive to work directly alongside the Founder \& CEO in leading Engage60's institutional fundraising strategy, cultivating long\-term investor relationships, and helping position the Company for sustainable growth.

Position Overview
As our Founding Head of Fundraising (Fractional), you will own the Company's fundraising strategy from start to finish.
You will lead investor strategy, build relationships with institutional investors, coordinate fundraising operations, and help secure the capital required to execute Engage60's long\-term vision.
You will serve as a strategic partner to the Founder \& CEO throughout the fundraising process while helping establish the Company's long\-term institutional capital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Engage60's fundraising strategy.
- Build and manage a high\-quality investor pipeline.
- Cultivate relationships with angel investors, family offices, venture capital firms, strategic investors, and corporate venture funds.
- Coordinate investor outreach and follow\-up communications.
- Schedule and prepare executive investor meetings.
- Manage fundraising timelines and execution.
- Coordinate investor due diligence and maintain the Company's virtual data room.
- Support financing strategy, valuation discussions, and transaction negotiations.
- Help recruit strategic advisors and investors.
- Build a scalable fundraising function capable of supporting future financing rounds.
First\-Year Success Metrics
Success in this role will be measured by the ability to:
- Build a robust institutional investor pipeline.
- Generate meaningful investor introductions and meetings.
- Help identify and secure a lead investor.
- Successfully coordinate the Company's Seed\+/Series A financing process.
- Establish long\-term relationships with institutional investors that support future growth.
Compensation
This is an equity\-first executive opportunity designed for someone who believes in creating long\-term enterprise value.
Equity
- 2\.50% equity
- Monthly vesting over twelve (12\) months.
- Eligibility for additional performance\-based equity awards, subject to Board approval.
Success\-Based Bonus
The Company intends to provide a success\-based bonus tied to fundraising milestones. The structure of any such bonus will be documented in the definitive agreement and designed in compliance with applicable securities laws.
Ideal Candidate

- Experience supporting or leading venture capital fundraising.
- Strong relationships within the venture capital, angel investor, family office, or strategic investment communities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.

Executive Growth Opportunity
This role is designed as the beginning of a long\-term leadership relationship.
Upon successful completion of the Company's fundraising objectives, Engage60 intends to evaluate transitioning the Founding Head of Fundraising (Fractional) into a permanent executive leadership position, subject to mutual agreement and Board approval.
Potential future executive roles may include:
- Chief Growth Officer
- Chief Strategy Officer
- Chief Business Officer
with a new executive compensation package reflecting the expanded responsibilities of the position.
