We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide expert financial leadership and guidance to our organization on a part\-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in corporate finance, accounting, and financial management, with a proven ability to drive fiscal health and operational efficiency. As a key member of the leadership team, the Fractional CFO will oversee financial planning, analysis, risk management, and compliance, supporting sustainable growth and strategic decision\-making across diverse business sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive financial analysis, including profit \& loss statements, cash flow forecasting, and market analysis to inform strategic planning.
  • Develop and implement robust budgeting processes, expense management strategies, and cost control measures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee corporate accounting functions in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and ASC 606 standards for revenue recognition.
  • Manage treasury functions such as liquidity management, risk analysis, regulatory reporting, and compliance with SOX (Sarbanes\-Oxley Act) requirements.
  • Provide leadership in mergers \& acquisitions activities, including due diligence, valuation analysis, negotiation support, and integration planning.

Experience

  • Extensive senior leadership experience in financial management roles within diverse industries such as corporate finance or non\-profit accounting.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex financial systems using advanced financial software tools; familiarity with governmental accounting is a plus.

Pay: $50,000\.00 \- $70,000\.00 per year
