PART\-TIME CFO wanted for PT up to FT work
*About the role –*
We’re looking for a CFO in search of a new, more flexible opportunity than the typical corporate environment. In this role, the CFO (you) work between 2 and 5 days a week for multiple companies as a Part Time CFO. You will be assigned between 3\-5 clients on a regular basis with the majority of the (current) work being remote. *Site visits and in\-person work may be necessary for some clients.*
Our clients represent a variety of industries, but manufacturing, and/or service company experience necessary, CPA preferred, PE experience helpful. Must be comfortable being a part of the management team for clients that are middle market companies, $3 million to $75 million annually in revenue.
*About the ideal candidate (you) –*
The ideal candidate(s) have worked as a CFO for small to mid\-sized companies – $3 – $75 million \+ in revenue for a minimum of 10 years. Past roles could have included large multi\-national corporations as Finance Director, Division Controller, etc., as well as roles as CFO or VP Finance for middle market companies.
This person has a broad range of business experience that may include, but not be limited to:
* Industrial Manufacturing
* Wholesale Distribution
* Consulting/support
* Service Businesses – Engineering, architecture, medical, insurance, temp staffing,
* Multi\-generation family businesses
* Private Equity
* Working Knowledge with
+ Microsoft Excel – including v\-lookups, pivot tables
+ Financial Reporting Packages
+ ERP systems – QuickBooks experience helpful
* Developing Cash Flow Forecasting models
* Developing financial models with multiple scenarios
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Business
- MBA
- CPA (preferred)
