We are seeking an experienced Interim Executive Director to provide short-term leadership for our assisted living community. This role ensures regulatory compliance, operational stability, and high-quality resident care during a leadership transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the assisted living community
  • Ensure compliance with NJ DOH and DCA regulations
  • Lead and support department heads and staff
  • Maintain resident care standards and satisfaction
  • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and performance
  • Oversee budgets, expenses, and operational reporting
  • Communicate with families, vendors, and regulators
  • Support census growth and occupancy stability
