Unity Wellness is a rapidly growing healthcare company focused on non\-medication treatments for pain management. Our clinics, Muscular Therapy \& Summit Wellness provide therapeutic services for veterans, athletes, and individuals experiencing chronic pain. As we continue expanding our clinics, we are looking for a motivated team member to help support operations and growth.
Position Overview
This is a Golden Opportunity for the right candidate. We are seeking an ambitious \& hard working operations minded person to be Assistant to the COO of a healthcare Company. The opportunity puts you inside of operations working directly with and around the Founder of 3 mid sized healthcare companies (employing roughly 450 people) in Louisiana and Texas on his latest venture. You would be supporting our COO directly, working with him and the CEO to launch locations across the United States. This role will assist with billing coordination, provider credentialing, administrative operations, and supporting the opening and management of clinic locations.
This position is ideal for someone interested in healthcare operations, entrepreneurship, and Business Administration.
Responsibilities
- Assist with medical billing coordination and administrative tasks
- Help manage provider credentialing and insurance documentation
- Support clinic operations and organizational systems
- Assist with opening and coordinating new clinic locations
- Work closely with clinic managers and leadership
- Help maintain efficient workflows and operational processes
- Assist with scheduling, travel coordination, and operational logistics
- Occasionally travel to clinic locations if needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail\-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a remote team environment
- Interest in healthcare operations or entrepreneurship
- Administrative or healthcare experience preferred but not required
Schedule
- 30 hours per week
- After thorough Training \- Flexible schedule
- Remote work 50% after training
