Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance and independent perspective on company direction, growth, and key initiatives.
- Offer industry insights and help identify market opportunities or risks.
- Advise leadership on business development, partnerships, and scaling strategies.
- Leverage professional network to open doors for collaborations, clients, or investors.
- Participate in regular advisory meetings (quarterly or as needed) to review performance and major decisions.
Qualifications:
- Proven executive or senior leadership experience
- Strong track record in business growth, partnerships, or strategy execution.
- Demonstrated expertise in the relevant industry (technology, consulting, or related field).
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to contribute time periodically for meetings, reviews, or introductions.
- High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- (Optional) Experience serving on advisory or non-executive boards.
