Duties
- Reach out to prospective clients through warm calling, outbound calling, and telemarketing techniques to generate interest in real estate services
- Conduct B2B sales conversations with property owners, investors, and other business contacts to set qualified appointments
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and schedule follow\-ups
- Engage in negotiation to confirm appointment details and ensure client commitment
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies that attract new clients and nurture existing relationships
- Maintain a high level of customer service by providing clear, professional communication throughout the appointment\-setting process
- Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversion rates and build a robust pipeline of potential clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development within real estate
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing contacts and sales pipelines
- Knowledge of technology sales, marketing strategies, and B2B sales processes is highly desirable
- Ability to perform outbound calling efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients
- Self\-motivated with the discipline to work independently as a 1099 contractor while meeting performance goals
