About This Role

We’re Hiring: Fractional Sales Executives (Healthcare Compliance & Safety)

Tyber Edge is seeking experienced Fractional Sales Executives with deep, existing relationships across hospital and health system operations, facilities, safety, and quality teams.

This role focuses on expanding adoption of — a web-based EOC, fire safety, and compliance rounding platform for healthcare organizations ready to move beyond spreadsheets and manual inspections.

We’re looking for professionals who already work with or have strong networks among:

Fire alarm & sprinkler inspection firms, extinguisher testing, egress inspection providers, and facilities management outsourcers serving hospitals and health systems

EOC / Emergency Operations Committee members, Safety Officers, and Directors of Facilities, Plant Operations, and Support Services (acute & post-acute)

EVS, plant operations, and maintenance vendors with healthcare-specific programs tied to accreditation and survey readiness

Fire alarm, nurse call, access control, and security camera vendors bundling monitoring, maintenance, and compliance reporting

Infection prevention technology providers (hand-hygiene monitoring, RTLS-based compliance, infection control solutions) selling into quality and IP leadership

EVS providers offering infection-prevention cleaning programs, ATP testing, and audit tools connected to EOC and infection control rounds

PPE distributors (gowns, masks, gloves, eye protection) and fit-testing service providers engaged with supply chain and safety leaders

Firms focused on quality improvement, safety culture, accreditation readiness, and High-Reliability Organization (HRO) training

Vendors of digital leader rounding, patient experience, HCAHPS, service recovery, workforce management, and acuity-based staffing tools that complement safety and EOC workflows
