Part\-Time Business Outreach Coordinator(Commission\-Based)

Location: Dougherty, Telfair, Lanier, Richmond etc,Counties (Georgia)

Position Type: Independent Contractor / Commission\-Based

Compensation: This is a commission\-based position.

You will receive:

20% of net revenue received by TRACS from each successfully onboarded and funded employer account you refer.

There is:

• No cap on earnings
• Recurring income potential (if applicable)
• Flexible schedule
• Work independently

Compensation is paid after TRACS receives payment from the client.

About the Role

TRACS is seeking well\-connected and motivated individuals to help identify and connect with businesses that may qualify for Georgia Job Tax Credit programs.

This is a performance\-based opportunity designed for individuals with local business relationships, community connections, or experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact businesses located in Dougherty, Telfair, Lanier, and Richmond ，Wayne,Clayton,Polk,Murray,Clarke,Bibb counties.
• Introduce employers to Georgia Job Tax Credit opportunities.
• Screen companies for potential eligibility
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and HR managers,or
• Schedule follow\-up calls or meetings with TRACS representatives
• Track outreach efforts and provide weekly progress updates
• Generate qualified leads and referral opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with phone outreach and business networking
• Self\-motivated and able to work independently
• Familiarity with local business communities preferred
• Background in recruiting, staffing, HR, sales, or outreach is a plus
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a background check (clean criminal record required)

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with small to mid\-sized businesses
• Knowledge of GA job credits incentives
• Existing local business network within target counties
