We are a rapidly growing contract management organization specializing in therapy service delivery within skilled nursing facilities. We help SNFs strengthen clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, and financial performance through strategic therapy contract oversight and operational support.As we continue to expand our national footprint, we are seeking an experienced and driven VP of Sales to lead business development and drive continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a nationwide sales strategy focused on therapy contract management within the SNF market
- Identify, pursue, and close new business with skilled nursing operators and post-acute care networks
- Engage decision-makers including CEOs, Regional Leaders, NHAs, and DORs
- Lead contract negotiations and proposal development with a consultative sales approach
- Analyze reimbursement trends and articulate value under PDPM payment models
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade associations
- Track performance metrics, forecast pipeline results, and report progress to executive leadership
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure sustainable implementation and client success
Qualifications
- 7+ years of business development or executive sales experience in skilled nursing, therapy services, or healthcare contract management
- Strong understanding of SNF operations, PDPM, and regulatory/compliance factors affecting therapy delivery
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding high-value sales targets
- Existing SNF decision-maker network strongly preferred
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to travel regionally/nationally as needed
