About This Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong executive leadership to stabilize and strengthen daily operations across all service lines (ABI, iRISE, Child Waiver)
  • Ensure full compliance with Medicaid waiver regulations, including documentation, EVV, MARs, billing, and service delivery standards
  • Oversee all departments (Programs, Nursing, Administration, HR, Billing) to ensure each area meets performance, compliance, and operational expectations
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for growth, sustainability, and program expansion
  • Establish and enforce systems, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency, accountability, and audit readiness
  • Monitor and ensure deadlines are met across all departments (documentation, billing cycles, audits, payroll, reporting)
  • Lead quality assurance and compliance initiatives, including internal audits, corrective action plans (CAPs), and state readiness
  • Supervise and support leadership team members, ensuring clear roles, communication, and accountability structures
  • Collaborate with case managers, state representatives, and external partners to maintain strong program relationships
  • Drive business development efforts, including increasing census, expanding services, and strengthening program offerings
  • Ensure all Plans of Care (POCs) and services are implemented appropriately and align with individual client goals
  • Support development of training programs and staff development plans to strengthen team performance

Qualifications \& Skills

  • Experience working with ABI, iRISE (1915(i)), and/or Child Waiver programs REQUIRED
  • Strong knowledge of Medicaid waiver regulations, compliance standards, and audit processes
  • Clinical background preferred (Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse highly desirable)
  • Proven leadership experience managing multi\-department operations in healthcare or human services
  • Demonstrated ability to build systems, enforce structure, and improve organizational performance
  • Experience with EVV systems, EMR platforms (such as Oasis), MARs, and billing processes
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision\-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced, high\-accountability environment
  • Experience developing and implementing policies, procedures, and compliance protocols
  • Strong problem\-solving skills with the ability to create solutions and new processes quickly
