What we’re looking for
We are seeking a high\-caliber Account Director who serves as the Strategic Lead for our client’s brand presence within the North American market. You will architect and oversee a multi\-channel ecosystem encompassing high\-level social strategy, global media relations, elite influencer partnerships, and flagship event programming to establish and scale brand authority in the destination tourism sector.
You are responsible for the macro\-growth of the account, ensuring that every touchpoint aligns with long\-term commercial objectives while providing high\-level counsel to key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional high\-level client \& stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and project management expertise, with the capability to mentor two Account executives.
Key Responsibilities
- A Strategic Architect: You possess the vision to design and execute a regional roadmap, moving beyond tactical tasks to drive high\-level brand awareness and destination tourism growth.
- Client and Stakeholder Management: You have a proven track record in high\-level client and stakeholder management, acting as a trusted advisor who can navigate complex business requirements with ease; Host and organise monthly review meetings with stakeholder once per month.
- An Expert Mentor \& Director: You will provide direct oversight and project management for two Account Executives, translating complex briefs into clear guidance while mentoring them to reach their full potential.
- Operational \& Project Oversight: You have a sharp eye for detail, taking responsibility for execution oversight, performance optimization, and the final approval of all client\-facing reports to ensure "Gold Standard" delivery.
- Strategic Navigation: You possess the professional maturity to pivot strategies under pressure and the decisiveness to escalate critical blockers to the CEO, ensuring the agency\-client relationship remains resilient and productive
You're probably a match if
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Marketing, Public Relations, or Advertising.
- Background Preference: Previous experience within an Advertising Agency is highly preferred.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Exceptional bilingual copywriting skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese (professional business\-level proficiency required for both). Strong understanding of Taiwan culture is preferred.
- Location \& Availability: Must be able to visit our Downtown Seattle office on a regular basis and able to support a Hybrid work model, with full availability for major project delivery in Seattle; timings TBC (advance notice of specific dates will be provided)

Working Hours \& Availability:
- Standard Schedule: Approximately \~2 hours per day, primarily remote. Candidates should have the flexibility to join occasional coordination calls during standard office hours (09:00–17:00 PDT) as required.
- Event Support: Availability for approximately two physical events per quarter (evenings or weekends).
- Peak Period: Must be available for high\-intensity project delivery; timings TBC (advance notice of specific dates will be provided)

Pay: $55\.00 \- $95\.00 per hour
