Manufacturing Controller (Fractional Engagement)

### Core Responsibilities

• Run bi‑weekly payroll with precision and compliance.
• Prepare monthly journal entries; review and validate general ledger activity.
• Post monthly bank entries and complete bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile key G/L accounts as part of the month‑end close process.
• Perform monthly financial statement analysis; communicate insights and variances.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting and depreciation calculations.
• Coordinate year‑end close activities with our external CPA.

### Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting (accredited) or minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Demonstrated capability in AP, AR, and bank reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of month‑end close workflows and general ledger controls.
• CPA credential preferred or prior experience working closely with a CPA firm.

### Schedule & Collaboration

Work flexes around payroll runs and month‑end close, concentrating your 10–15 hours into the highest‑impact windows. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and our CPA at year‑end to ensure a clean close.
