The Mission
Hubnet Communication Inc. is a strategic consulting and communication firm helping B2B industrial and manufacturing companies grow through positioning, employer branding, and market development.
We don’t sell “marketing packages.”
We sell strategic growth.
Our services are consultative, high-value, and non-commoditized.
Our average contract value (ACV) is $10,000, with a sales cycle designed for velocity.
We are ready to scale our U.S. presence and are looking for a Sales Architect & Closer to build the engine and drive revenue.
The Role: Build + Execute
This is not a management-only role.
You are a player-coach. You will work directly with the Founder to industrialize the sales process while actively closing deals.
Your mandate is simple and demanding; take a validated service offering and turn it into a repeatable revenue machine for the U.S. market.

Aggressive 90-Day Roadmap (Fast-Track)
We believe in speed and execution. Performance will be measured against clear milestones.
Days 1–15 | Launch
- Audit the current pitch and value proposition
- Define the ICP and the “Dream 100” target accounts
- Launch the first outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, warm intros)
Goal: Be fully in-market by the end of week 2.
Days 16–45 | Velocity
- Generate 4–6 qualified discovery meetings per week
- Refine messaging and sales playbook based on real U.S. market feedback
Days 46–90 | Revenue
- Close the first $10k deals
- Formalize the Hubnet U.S. Sales Playbook
- Prepare the foundation for scalable SDR/BDR or junior sales support
Milestones may be refined based on market feedback, but momentum and revenue focus are non-negotiable.
The Compensation: Built for High Performers
We pay fairly for your expertise and generously for results.
Fixed Compensation (Retainer)
- $60–85 per hour, based on experience
- 10–15 hours per week (initial phase)
Indicative monthly range:
- 10 hrs/week → ~$2,400–3,400
- 15 hrs/week → ~$3,600–5,100
Variable Compensation (Success Fee – Uncapped)
Commissions are paid only on closed, paying clients, based on annual contract value (ACV).
- 15% on the first $30,000 closed
- 12% on $30,001 – $75,000
- 10% on everything above $75,000
With a $10k ACV, closing just 2 deals per month can significantly outperform the retainer.
There is no cap on upside.
Commissions are paid upon contract signature and receipt of the first payment (or split by agreement depending on deal structure).
Ideal Candidate Profile
You are someone who has:
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience (consulting, agency, or professional services)
- A proven track record closing mid-ticket deals ($10k–$30k)
- Built sales processes and stacks from scratch (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/email sequencing, etc.)
- A proactive and autonomous mindset: you don’t wait for leads; you create them through smart, consultative outreach
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building systems, not inheriting them
- Experience with industrial or manufacturing sectors is a strong plus
